Planning a customised wedding flight to Mexico
A couple who were getting married in Mexico asked us to help arrange their flights there and back from their home in Texas. The bride and groom were travelling with their families and a lot of luggage, so they wanted the convenience and flexibility of a private charter to ensure everything was carefully tailored to their needs.

Knowing the client wanted to confirm flights much earlier than usual, we leveraged our operator relationships to secure quotes for several aircraft with seats for the 10 passengers.
After initially recommending a Gulfstream IV, we negotiated a great price on a Gulfstream V with an even larger luggage hold for all the wedding party’s baggage.
Our team accommodated frequent changes to the passenger list, right up until the outbound flight departed and again in the run-up to the return leg.
We also arranged a last-minute flight on the day of the wedding when the groom’s mother unexpectedly had to return home.
