Flying executives home to different states after a board meeting
The flight department of a home goods company asked us to help transport executives home after their board meeting in North Carolina. They’d used their own fleet of aircraft for the group’s inbound travel, but didn’t have the capacity to fly all 10 directors back to their home cities. With less than 48 hours until the meeting ended, we set about tailoring a private charter solution to provide the extra capacity needed.
Our Solution
Charlotte > Lakeland
Charlotte > Lancaster > Pittsburgh
Aircraft: Phenom 300, Gulfstream G200
Separate charters were needed to fly one director back to Florida and three others to different cities in Pennsylvania.
Knowing the client wanted to transport the VIP executives in modern aircraft, we sourced a Phenom 300 for the solo passenger and a more spacious Gulfstream G200 for the larger group.
As the client was a large corporation, they needed to audit the aircraft operators before confirming the flights. We leveraged our close relationships with both providers to expedite the required information, which included aircraft inspection dates and engine hours.
The Finer Details
Rapid Response: Our efficient team provided quotes for both aircraft within hours of receiving the time-sensitive request.
Exceptional Service: This was the client’s first private charter, so we paid close attention to detail to ensure everything was booked smoothly within the short turnaround time.
